Fitness Classes & Personal Training

Our studio is designed for both personal training and exercise classes.

You can either join in with one of the classes from the timetable or have an exercise programme designed specifically to reach your fitness goals.  The studio has no fixed equipment but has lots of training 'toys' which make things a little more fun.  A combination of free-weights, kettlebells, stability balls, suspension training, boxes & ropes means that you will be using your body 100% of the time to gain maximal benefits.

 

Pure Health is situated in the perfect place for both studio and outdoor training.  We are lucky enough to be in the countryside just outside of Salisbury, which makes for some beautiful running, awesome on and off-road cycling or just getting out and muddy in the fresh air.


Laura McGregor

Laura McGregor has been a Personal Trainer for 16 years and has valuable experience in designing personal programmes for: weight loss, weight gain, muscular imbalances, rehabilitation, flexibility and mobility, sports-specific training and for those who just like to be pushed to their limits.  For more information or a consultation with Laura call 07800 505840.

Class Yoga with Sarah - a class for all abilities working with posture and the breath. I believe in teaching functional yoga, improving strength and flexibility, helping us to move with ease and steadiness on a day to day basis. Yoga practice also reduces anxiety and its techniques aid sleep. Beginners are very welcome.
